I’d argue the one incapable of understanding what is being said is worse at grammar than the one who doesn’t feel like taking the time to use proper punctuation for a simple yak post. To add on to that, since you want to harp on about proper grammar, “punctuation” goes before “correction”, not after, and your sentence is missing a period.
