Why tf are people forgetting ICE has 0 authority over citizens. They cannot give lawful orders.

They just arrest you for obstruction, then the DOJ sees the case they have to prosecute, and it seems like there are times when they realize they have no case and drop the charges. So you’re arrested and in jail for no reason, but ICE isn’t the one that handles that or faces any consequences

Macing protestors who are just yelling at you, Tackling someone to the ground for calling you names, and throwing tear gas out of car so you dont have to sit in traffic is not impeding anything.

If you are actively in the way of them doing their job, you are obstructing justice and they SHOULD do that. And I can guarantee, it’s not just words.
