Btw this is a misdemeanor punishable by a $10,000 fine or up to five years imprisonment. Matt Mowers voting twice was a felony too lmao.

He lives in one place but is voting in another. His primary residence is in Maryland. Divorce records and an FEC filing show his primary address is in Maryland. His polling place is in Maryland. If he is not a Pennsylvania resident (meaning his primary residence is in PA) then he cannot vote in Pennsylvania even if he uses a second residence in PA.

Thankfully it’s not a federal offense so he won’t be able to receive a pardon and it’s up to PA state courts
