It’s not about that. I’m a Graphic Designer which in my area doesn’t have a lot of openings which is why I plan on moving to NYC soon. Anyway Ive applied to some of the few design jobs in my area, as well as remote ones, and places like; McDonald’s, DD, Aldi, American Eagle,.. still rejected. Places that are hiring either want someone with experience a shit ton of experience fresh out of college.

Everyone is cooked rn. Entry level jobs just don’t exist anymore, and many job will view you as “overqualified” if you want a minimum wage job just to get by.
