Ok what would happen honestly if they were released at this point. Trump has basically confessed in all but name. Like i could see right wing congress defending him and they all lose their seats in the next election. But i feel like that would happen only if the current congress and admin played by the rules still once the cat was out of the bag

Which begs the question, why not release them? His base isnt going to shift and this whole act makes him look so weak. Sure, if it was released the dem politicians, judges, and lawyers would go after him like wolves but how is that any different than the status quo? I mean would being officially labeled a sex offender take away his power?
