They’re the type of people who shouldn’t own guns. You don’t get a gun because you want to shoot people. You get a gun because you want a deterrent to not have other people shoot/harm you.

Those who have little going on in real life fantasize about being a big Billy badass and shooting a home intruder. It’s literally common sense but talking about it all the time makes them feel cool

Exactly, that’s what I’m saying. It feels like too many people want to shoot people but don’t want to be “the bad guy”

It all boils down power, and feeling like you have power over other people. Which, ironically, makes them powerless. Not only to the felons and autocrats they elect, but because they no longer think for themselves. They become slaves to the search for power, doing anything they can to achieve it even if it’s directly contradictory to their beliefs or well being

Well now I wonder why this is so prevalent here an no where else, other nations have stricter laws, but you’d think if enough people felt the same they’d change it at least SOMEWHERE else. Might have to do with our worship of the constitution, lord know those types love the 2nd
