The differences between fetuses of different species are recongizable by their dna. That is an undisputed fact. Over 90% of scientist agree that HUMAN life begins at conception. Comparing physical features to distinguish what is and isn’t a human being is how slavery and racial/sexual discrimination was justified. Humans are humans, no matter what stage of development they are at.

You’re right that scientists generally agree that life begins at conception, but that’s not the question, it’s when should that life be given legal rights. The first is a scientific question, the latter an ethical/societal one. You can’t use science to give you morality.
