Yall really mean that it was gods plan for like 70% of pregnancies to die before the age of 5 for all of human history, but not in modern times?
Idk what gives people the idea they have the right to impose their religious views on others, that’s where most of the “pro life” rhetoric comes from

I think for a sizable portion it really does come down to them believing it’s the morally good option.
Problem is that oftentimes our own mortality overtook morality for most of human history. Now “morality” has taken over, even if it means mortality for the mother

Easily is subjective, with the religious crowd what may be easy science would require a major rethinking of their entire world view.
I personally think they should have that experience, but under their own will yk?
