A lot of Trump’s base is genuinely going to die over the next 3 years considering a good chunk of them are in their 60s/70s now and on top of it, shits already really bad and only getting worse. The dems just have to field a semi-competent candidate which I truly fucking hope they can do with a primary this time.

Dems are in a leadership crisis atm. They have Jefferies, but Schumer is hated and old. Aside from that, Dem brand has been somewhat radioactive since the NAFTA.

The party needs to be reformed entirely because it isn’t like Jefferies is exactly popular either. What’s going on right now is extremely not normal and the major voices in the democratic party needs to step up and start calling it for what it is instead of reasoning with it.
