They are both dead? Also it’s funny you bring up mummies because the pharaohs were among the first to try to genocide all the Israelites so… is there a time cut off where we don’t dress as the most recent bad guy? Like my family endured Stalin and Hitler but (Ukrainian not Jewish, still sent to camps) but since Hitler was the last one to put people in camps does that somehow make him off limits where as pharaoh mummies are like… “well that was 3000 years ago, enough time has passed.

We have books, diaries, film all showing the tragedy that Hitler, Stalin and the Axis caused in great detail. People are actively taught about his tyrade, peoples families are still affected by it. The Egyptian Pharaohs lived so long ago that we had to learn about them by deciphering pictures on rocks. Their tombs are so old and inexplicable that half of Earth is okay with the explanation that Aliens made them. It’s not the same.
