Some dude got mad once that the college he was going to was making him get the Covid vaccine. Tries to say it was unconstitutional. I looked at him deadpan and said “any private organization is allowed to request whatever for their consumers” considering he was going to a private school
I think organizations have every right to require vaccines and so do schools, but they need to allow for exceptions. And limit what we mandate (not all are necessary for public safety) and consider the population. And with everything, we need to do better education. There are risks (like with everything), but understand the risks and benefits.
Do you know that government funding towards private schools does not mean they are forced to function like a public school? They were well in their right to deny any student without the vaccine. It’s also like how they are allowed to deny/expel students who do not go to mandatory Sunday worship
