Real socialism would redistribute funds from the wealthiest people, instead tariff revenue is effectively paid for by Americans rich and poor. Also crazy the tariff revenue isn't being used to pay down the national debt when it was their "excuse" for cutting taxes for the wealthy Farms have always been bailed out tho it's rough out here. In west TX it's been 3 years in a row without a solid cotton crop and prices are the same as the '80s while input costs have skyrocketed
