Norway has like double the gdp per capita, so the numbers kinda make sense. Roughly equivalent costs per person just less revenue per person

Keep taking on debt and debt to support unsustainable policy and eventually the bill comes due. France just doesn’t make enough money to support the level of infrastructure they maintain. It shitty but I don’t see the problem getting any better beyond drastic solutions.
