To summarize, if this is passed, trump could create whatever executive order he wants, and if u or a judge has a problem with it, u cant protest it legally unless u can preemptively pay trump/the gov however much $ they’d lose from u protesting the bill

this is what they didnt want you to catch in trumps new Big Beautiful Bill… it works retroactively, so it will undo and injunction the judicial branch put on trump’s executive orders, that didnt have a bond when it was introduced. TLDR in comments

so in a crazy scenario, if trump made an EO that said YOU specifically have to pay him $1M, and u tried to take it to a judge to protest the EO, ud have to pay the $1M (that trump would lose from the bill being denied) before even starting the trial
