People don’t know what culture means. It’s a bad argument, and not even a particularly accurate one considering Anglo-American culture has significantly diverged from British culture.

It’s just a virtue signal that in itself is deeply ignorant and racist. I think there point is there is no unifying white culture, while African Americans do… but that’s not entirely true imo.

Like this is just genuine I don’t think white culture in America is better than anything but to say they don’t have their own seems disingenuous

Yes like the south was heavily influenced by British culture but they are definitely not the same at all

I think white Americans culture comes off as Americans culture because they were the large majority in the us for a long time. So minority groups had their own sub cultures. Look at nyc in the 50s Italian Americans, Irish Americans, they all brought a little bit from where they were from but made it different. Black Americans are a little different though because they’ve been here forever. I think black culture is unique though especially with music and fashion
