Beautiful terrain: mountains in the north, Moab and the four corners (classic western desert) in the south. Super dry, as are most western states. We get a ton of snow in the winter depending on where you are. Skiings not completely monopolized here (yet) so that’s a plus. More diverse than people realize, and while it is technically “red,” it’s red in a more libertarian sense. You can go to small towns and see pride fests with no interruptions. Liquor laws are much more strict here, though.
