Most presidents had scriptwriters and knew how to talk to the public. Trump either used to and just can't hack it anymore or he was never able to. The man can barely get a sentence out without tripping over his own words or going off on a nonsensical tangent. Meanwhile you look at footage from 2016 and you at least still see The Apprentice host in him. Now he's just a callous old munmy.
