I know this argument is in bad faith but I'ma respond anyways Companies can hold employees accountable for what they say (we can disagree with their choices and call it immoral but ultimately it's legal). The difference here is that the GOVERNMENT is cracking down on individuals and the press for what they say Not only is the government censoring free speech, which is against the 1st amendment, it's specifically targeting people from the opposing party. AKA fascism
