It’s ultimately someone’s right, but it can be hard to distinguish if it’s truly their choice in a society where healthcare costs money. Similarly, the ethics around this and depression are complicated.

I think everyone should have the right to die. Yes you should implore people to think carefully and seek treatment and consider every alternative but at the end of the day it's your life and it shouldn't have to be a messy painful traumatizing thing

It’s complicated in the sense that I don’t really know how I feel about it. I honestly don’t know really, I feel a bit iffy on it but I know there are absolutely some situations where that shit is useful (this is better than dying of rabies) It’s not complicated in the sense that I think it should be legal.

Should absolutely be legal for ppl who are terminally ill and in chronic pain. We have no right to force someone to suffer out of some misguided concern for human life. That’s no way to live
