Senate democrats forced a shutdown, which they were able to do because the filibuster requires 60 votes to overcome. republicans aren't meeting their demands. It's not that hard to understand.

yea but you dont understand, all of the republicans get to say its healthcare for illegal immigrants! which is so realistic because american citizens have access to such a robust and extensive system of government universal healthcare thats just so good that some illegal immigrants are taking away!

Genuinely, it’s cheaper to fly a FIRST CLASS round trip to any other country with universal healthcare than it is to get basically any surgery in this country.
