You see, chinas surveillance state applies to everyone, American tough on crime surveillance state only applies to black and brown people

China’s surveillance state also has algorithms to identify Uyghurs based on facial features though. So they can absolutely carry out more extensive surveillance on minorities

Women of all races are being dragged in as well. Earlier this year they used a nationwide database of license plate readers to track a Texas woman who ordered abortion pills by mail (idk her race)
