I guess what I’m saying is. I drive a 1998 Buick lesabre. An upgrade might be in the cards for me. But if I bought a Maserati right now, it would be absurd to say it’s warranted and being “put to good use”. the bar for that is not just an opportunity for improvement, but managing the investment responsibly. and you’d think “fiscally responsible” conservatives would understand that better than anyone, especially during a shutdown

This is such a blatant lie. Trump gives a $300 billion tax cut to Apple, and they give him $300 million to build a ballroom. The money is literally coming from cuts to Medicaid which save American lives.
