Eh not fr. If they wanted to deport that guy he would get deported. If he actually did pull the trigger he’d be killed or jailed for life, even if he got an agent or two. I get the vibe but realistically this does not work

Yes and no. The state still has the military on its side, and a gun is no match for a tank.

The state will still have a hard time dealing with a heavily armed and radicalized civilian population tho. Guerilla warfare won Vietnam and Afghanistan their independence.
