This is a procedural vote (I think it sets the rules for how the voting and debate will go). Some of the freedom caucus is abstaining tn and wants to come back tomorrow

Does anyone know where we can see the list of reps that voted one way or the other, it hasn’t shown up on my rep’s record yet
