He’s talking about AI. As if Chinese AI companies don’t have the same exact (if not more) resources and a state directed economy to demand they do more AI research. It’s silly posturing trying to look big and protect China from getting ahold of ChatGPT

Lawyers are going to want details. If there are going certain algorithms or apps that can no longer be downloaded in China, the guidelines need to be published ASAP. But the government is shut down 💀
