That is just the amount of money congress threw at the problem to try and fix it, they actually lost 1.8 trillion dollars which means the Somalis have stolen 3.6 trillion. The high estimate for the amount of Somalis living in Minnesota is around 100k, meaning every Somali has stolen on average $36,000,000.

Yeah slight error: It was the amount that Andrew Lehman lost, not that which the government paid to fix the issue. The government then printed trillions to “simulate liquidity” aka Quantitative Easing
