All different situations for sure but the same pundit self-assuredness blinded them from seeing what was really happening on the ground

exactly my point!! We’ve already seen progressive succeed (aoc and the squad, mamdani, etc) before this election cycle and the messaging is still “oh idk if they can actually win” somehow. Like how we already watched trump win in 2016 and in 2024 they were like “oh idk if he can actually win.” 😭 just blind to reality. I wish I could make posts just a lil longer so I could’ve properly articulated this
