What, me saying that Israel is colonial (an objectively correct statement) makes their violence worse?

Nice copypasta, I guess. Doesn’t change the fact that the state of Israel is a colonial endeavor founded in genocide, colonialism, and ethnic cleansing. No one is justifying expulsion of Jews, but calling the establishment of Israel “just some refugees” is to say the least extremely wrongheaded. Also, pretty deceptive framing on the “nearly 100% of Middle East Jews” no? Seems a little disingenuous to put them in that order, given that the vast majority…went to Israel, rather than were killed.

I didn’t say anything about whether or not Israelis are worthy of empathy and consideration, you’re projecting. What I am talking about is the simple fact that there cannot be “peace” when Israel is actively committing a genocide and has been for about 75 years.

Once again, I am talking about a state, not about Jews. This is not me saying “Jews are colonizers”. This is me saying the state of Israel is founded on racism, genocide, and colonialism. There can be no peace while that reality persists.
