i don't think that IQ is an accurate metric for actually measuring intelligence/competence but approaching this from a stats perspective, probably something like "libertarian" conservatives because of their distribution in the south/rural areas that lacked adequate nutrition during development and probably drink from lead/asbestos pipes.
