First one is a phrase where creeps use definitions to try and make going after underage people less creepy (and failing) 2nd one is referring to how pedophiles will memorize the age of consent in every state to help them avoid the law. I’m arguing that these are equally creepy behaviors.

i would think the second is creepier. i think its a fair distinction and that attraction to prepubescent children is objectively worse. while it is still creepy to want to go after minors in general
