We already have rights to our likeness and voice. But billionaires tricked us into signing that shit away under water terms and conditions we all are forced to agree to, or just not participate in modern society. Because the government is ran by incompetent geriatric morons who just want to please their billionaire campaign donors.

The only safeguard is that he’s allowing it. He created a Sora profile and allows anyone to use his likeness. As soon as someone with bad intentions develops a similar model we’re cooked

No we don’t. Most states have some codified protections for publicity use of your image, but we have no federal protections, especially for private use (like ai applications). Not only that, but the law supports the opposite to be true. If someone takes a picture of you in public, and you post that picture on your social media, the photographer can sue you for copyright infringement because they own the rights to the photo, of yourself.
