1) total abolishment of slavery means you can’t deny prisoners pay (otherwise it would be slavery dummy) 2) It’s worked for the past 250 years and our country hasn’t ceased to exist 3) Nor will I ever live in California but that doesn’t mean I can’t have an opinion about what’s going on over there
You were talking about UBI, not prison wages. The electoral college serves the express purpose of subverting the will of the people, it may have been necessary when the only citizens were white landowners and over half the population couldn’t read but now it doesn’t serve any legitimate purpose. And what do you stand to gain from defending a class that would gladly pick you apart if it meant a marginal increase to their bottom line?
I’m talking about your line that says “Total abolishment of slavery (including prison labor) dumb-dumb. I clearly state “you can’t deny prisoners pay” which directly relates to that, not UBI which never even contributed to my comment. Regarding the electoral college you haven’t given me any proof or evidence that it subverts the will of the people and so forth so not exactly a good counter. Finally, I support no wealth cap because of my belief in free market capitalism.
