Obviously women’s bodily autonomy changes depending on which state they’re in now, the SAVE act will make it so many women will not be able to vote, Republicans are actively trying to outlaw birth control, rolling back protections for trans women, to name a few

I believe in right to abortion, but tbh i agree w the court’s decision that the constitution doesn’t imply a right to abortion through right to privacy. The whole substantive due process logic is questionable

What if in 10 years the court decides the constitution “implies” a constitutional right to pedophilia using the same substantive due process as Roe v. Wade where they essentially go “something is so obviously a right we can just assume it’s what the constitution meant.” I disagree with that
