Just saw someone say they’d vote for Vance in 2028 over “any slop the DNC elects nowadays” because the Dems aren’t left enough yada yada and I gotta think that this type of person is in like a super bubble but I wanna know if any of you agree with them?

As a leftist who thinks the DNC Establishment is terrible, lmfao that’s so fucking stupid. It is one thing to protest about a shitty candidate, it’s another thing to vote for a Wannabee TradCath Christian Nationalist who will objectively be worse for the working class than any establishment democrat.

I think maybe I misrepresented their claim, I think the point they were trying to make was something along the lines of ‘Dems aren’t left enough, and until then I will vote for republicans out of spite, not because I like the GOP’ but then I found out after some digging that the person frequents subreddits making fun of liberal talking points and memes n shit, also is a chronic Redditor who’s posted a lot about the greatness of monocultural societies.
