Look bro I also have mental health issues and was really going through it during Covid but I recognize that the closures and stuff were because the hospitals in my area literally could not treat any more Covid patients and people were dying left and right. Frankly Covid is the only context where I ever hear Republicans act like they give a shit about mental health issues. Also remind me, who was president when everything got shut down?

Hospitals were inflating the numbers cause if they labeled it a covid death they got more money for example if someone got into a car crash they would label the death as covid

That doesn’t explain that unnaturally large numbers of people were dying. Like even if you can find certain examples of this that doesn’t negate that over a million people more than expected died in the US, obviously in very large part due to Covid.
