Now yes once it’s become a meme and I’m not denying that there were probably individuals out there doing that but by no means were there enough people doing that to be able to call it all of the left or whatever

Yes, I personally would say that it would be the alt left liberal democrats. Politics these days are a shit show, and people celebrating the assassination of someone they don’t agree with is not the way to move forward in politics

Which is true but making memes in response to people glorifying his career is not the same as celebrating a death and plenty of people have been condemning the political violence while also disagreeing with the people trying to memorialize him. You can’t just take a handful of teenagers on the internet as a representative of grown adults in this country and think you’re also engaging with politics in a mature way.
