Aren’t a lot of the adoption centers for profit?

Not to mention you have to be prepared to have a conversation with them about them being adopted, and there’s no telling how the child will react to that no matter how much their adopted family loves them. It’s a lot to just casually suggest for someone to take on for the literal rest of their lives, even if they do want kids. It’s amazing for those who do it like my parents did but it’s NOT for everyone, just like parenthood in general

Based. This notion that the adopted child is just going to love their new family is wild. Some adopted kids can never get over the fact that their parents “didn’t want them”
