So currently the ideal outcome is that a ceasefire is reached, at which point we can expect Trump to brag about finding the solution to the problem he started, and his base will eat it up.

I hate that this is the ideal outcome but good god I really hope this happens

This is not the ideal outcome, Iran is winning, America and Israel have to suffer the consequences of their actions (plus the Gulf States should burn)

the gulf states should burn? so white people only need to face a few consequences but arabs from the gulf should be thrown into oblivion. alr

Absolute monarchy and slavery are bad. States like the UAE and Kuwait are slave societies where essentially all citizens (a small minority) are benefactors of the system. Not to mention these monarchies are about as severe a den of pedophilia and sexual slavery as anywhere in the world:

yea these things are not ok, but this isn't the way to handle those things. we need to find a way to resolve things without risking thousands of lives and creating problems for the entire world. I do believe this is possible even if I do not know how it would happen lol people are capable of using words and not missiles believe it or not

i’m not going to comment on monarchy. i agree that the kafala system and the slave class in the uae need to go down tho. but saying they need to burn sounds like you’re just calling for genocide in the gulf, i think you should’ve worded it differently. the gulf states are not the only states that have committed crimes against humanity. i think it’s disingenuous to apply this logic to them and ignore everything the west has done to the black diaspora and the global south

until the west can pay back reparations for slavery and all the crimes they committed towards black people not only back then, but after it’s abolishment. along with reparations for impoverishing african countries by assassinating leaders that wanted to nationalize industries. until there are reparations for killing 1 million iraqis and reparations for all the drone strikes in yemen, i don’t think the west has any place to say or do anything. we do not act in others’ interests ever

Sure it could be worded better, but places like Dubai absolutely should be destroyed. Literally the only innocent people there are the slaves. Genuinely the worst place on earth. I’m not saying we should be doing it, I’m saying Iran would be morally right to be attacking these countries, which are so evil and which are participating in the US’ genocidal war against Iran.

Dude, you can’t be saying shit like this if you live in America. Also, do you not think there’s like, babies in Dubai?

i don’t understand how you’re blaming every arab and expat in dubai instead of their actual government for setting up these systems. by your logic, all white people in the US and other imperialist western countries should be blamed for everything the west has done to the global south and black americans. and by your logic, nations should be attacking american civilians for benefitting off living in the imperial core

You can’t seriously be comparing a country of millions of people to states where citizens are in the low double digit of the population, are directly paid by the state, and where the country is majority indenture servants.

america is literally one of the largest countries in the world geographically and is the 3rd largest population wise. the gulf states have only recently become rich as well, they were impoverished not even a century ago. you have benefited immensely by living in the imperial core, while others suffered and were/are killed. i recommend you study african american history over the last 400 years up to current day, as well as african history for the last 200 years

Americans also benefit from global exploitation and also have a large population of marginalized non-citizen migrant workers. It’s not a difference of type, it’s a difference of degrees. I also know several people who grew up in the gulf states and aren’t citizens. You do know there’s people there who aren’t either citizens or near-slaves right?

And like I don’t even know how you got to “these states have shocking systemic inequality, therefore they should be completely destroyed” like that literally just kills everybody, definitionally it would mostly be non-citizens being harmed.

i am telling you by your own logic, you aren’t innocent either. it’s incredibly disingenuous for a westerner, especially white, to call for the eradication of other countries while ignoring our own crimes against humanity and playing morally superior. we can’t even admit up till this day that slavery is a crime against humanity, as seen by the recent UN vote. other countries have offered to pay reparations to black americans and the us government literally declined

America was literally overthrowing governments for cheaper fruit lol like this person acting as if it’s not itself massively exploitative is wild. I guess it’s the attitude where it’s easy to dehumanize people on the other side of the world, but suddenly in your own backyard it feels different.

libya was one of the most developed countries in africa until we murdered gaddafi because he wanted to create a united states of africa and a standard african currency. libya had free education, universal healthcare, and subsidized housing. no one was poor. now, the country is an open slave market and most people live in poverty, all because we feared african unity and weakening of the usd as a global currency. i think i also already mentioned we murdered 1 million iraqis

you can absolutely be against what gulf state governments are doing, but talking about war against entire populations is sick and exactly where youre going wrong. especially the hypocrisy of behind that statement. like i said, how about we focus on reparations and mending our own mistakes first before we focus on how other countries need to be handled. unless you are saying black, african, yemeni, iraqi, levantine, latino, etc lives dont matter

and the uae is just one gulf country out of many. youre using uae demographics to describe all of them, and the uae is literally the most extreme case. the gulf countries are not all equal. i agree that there needs to be major reform and also reparations, but i don’t think the us needs to kill millions of arabs again, destabilize and impoverish the gulf, and steal their oil to do that, that’s insane. you’re insane for suggesting that

literally. i’m so sick of this moral superiority and entitlement from some people, it’s truly a sickness and it’s a tactic that’s been used against others for centuries. the complete inability of so many people to look at our own country and how we treat people we deem “lesser” than us baffles me

again when did I say the US should attack the gulf why would we every do that. My point was that Iran would be right to attack the oil industry/government/military bases in these countries (because they’re both evil and participating in the US’ imperialism)
