We won’t see any changes for a couple months but realistically it would go down maybe a little or not at all. If anything it will go into our reserves

probably. strait of hormuz is closed. i work in logistics and we’re halted so. anyone who is gonna try and ship is gonna do so more dangerously, with less oil, so i would go ahead and budget for a spike at the tank

Not long term. Iran closed the strait of Hormuz, but it’s not like they can actually enforce that. They’ll be done next week, and all of the uncertainty will be through the market by then. Also oil markets are speculative so any price hike will be seen once the futures are realized.

i say dangerous bc the strait feeds the suez the cape and the pacific strait. and all those go to south america if not directly to us. going all the way around opens up more opportunities for piracy and takes longer. so just go ahead and put aside a couple tanks just in case
