Nobody is defending fraud, waste, or abuse. It’s just that dragnets and group punishments inflict harm on innocents. C.f. Blakestone’s Ratio: "It is better that ten guilty persons escape, than that one innocent suffer”

Because it’s a fake story. This stuff has been investigated since 2022, like 50+ people are convicted already. Republicans are manufacturing a fake narrative that this like just got exposed and whatever. Meanwhile Trump is guilty personally of $500m+ in theft of taxpayer dollars, and between his pardons and his associates is connected to like $10b more of fraud against taxpayers

Do you feel the same way about gun laws or does that ratio only apply to $1 billion+ fraud cases involving migrants?

Are you suggesting that the availability of guns tempts people to misuse them, the same as “free money”?

No I'm suggesting that gun laws are already designed to target innocent people

Clearly not, since it’s peddled by conservatives to their self admittedly uneducated base. Your claims are literally based on one guy being paid by GOP politicians (and lying about it) to drive around looking for kids like a predator

Yea you’re actually slow I’m not even a conservative I’m just smart enough to know when someone is misusing our tax dollars 😭

Clearly not… why exactly is a scandal from 3 years ago newsworthy? the random guy who “broke” this (already addressed years ago) story literally did so by driving around trying to find kids at a daycare on a weekend when it was closed.

It’s literally an old story that had been addressed with criminal charges literal years ago that has been artificially made into national news not because of the facts, but because people in power want an “excuse” to just be racist and bring back national level stop and frisk (don’t mind that everyone involved in the original fraud were US citizens). it’s bullshit, you’re peddling the regime’s bullshit. they’re laughing at you while emptying your pocket (Trump has stolen $500m in taxpayer

dollars this year, yet you’re upset about a few million that was stolen years ago and resulted in the fraudsters going to prison)

They weren’t any children at those places and they were still receiving millions of dollars therefore since you’re slow that’s called fraud. Is something wrong with you or do you just believe the first rebuttal someone puts out there because you’re not making yourself look good right now. I highly recommend doing some research that’s not in an echo chamber of democrats.

there weren’t any children… because it was outside of business hours… the videos from this month are entirely unrelated to the fraud.

You obviously lack the ability to think for yourself and that’s honestly sad

you are the one falling for the most obvious distraction ever… you say i can’t think for myself? well if you supposedly can, why not go read the facts about this case and the court documents, instead of taking it from paid liars

I’ve done more than enough research on this topic and definitely more than you. I sincerely hope you’re not allowed to operate a vehicle with an iq that low.

You have? Then how come you’re ignoring the fact that the ringleader of the fraud as well as 70 other people have been convicted? Or the fact that the DOJ has been investigating the fraud since 2021? Or that the state of Minnesota tried to cancel their funding and lost in court over it? You didn’t do any research, you watched Nick Shirley cry about not being allowed to look at random people’s kids and decided you knew everything there is to know.
