fascism is the dictatorship of and over monopoly capitalism. the nazi project was a devolved capitalist state, and came about with the support of the industrialists threatened by an actual communist and labor movement in Germany, and also the support of petty bourgeois elements threatened with proletarianization. the reaction that is fascism is a necessary step for capitalism to continue to grow when threatened with periods of economic decay
