Was just abt to comment this, but also I’d like to add the idea that game theory necessarily becomes prominent when it comes to resources and the environment when a society revolves around individualistic survival needs (ie: tragedy of the commons, game of chicken example, etc) and it follows that the net positive outcome of all this is to at least lean a little bit into leftist ideology assuming you value humanity’s best interests
