Iraq didn’t boast about a chemical weapons program and threaten to chemically bomb others. Iran has publicly threatened to nuke others and has said for years they are developing nukes. Bush called for an invasion of Iraq, Trump hasn’t called for an invasion of Iran

The nuclear deal didn’t prevent them from getting weapons because the IAEA inspections had a lot of constraints. Try again

Either the IAEA has full unlimited and random/unannounced ability to search anywhere they please that will be granted without question or no deal. If you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear

And for the record, Iraq did have chemical weapons but they got rid of them prior to the invasion and had been shutting down their program since the late 1990s because Saddam Hussein knew the West was circling and he didn’t want to give them an excuse to overthrow him, especially with the UN’s blessing. The West already had their eyes on him since the Gulf War.
