Didn’t Biden preemptively pardon everyone in his orbit on his way out? (I honestly don’t know and would need to find out where to look) Skipping his doctor would have been a huge oversight, unless it was due to dementia

Not everyone, and not this doctor, it seems. The pardons are usually public record. I guess he didn’t see a need for it. People like Fauci probably faced a much larger threat of prosecution
