Nobody was solely blaming trump. But his NWS cuts and hopping out of the Paris climate agreement led us to this

Idk if the Paris accords would have fixed this. This area has been a flood zone for a looooong time apparently. There was a deadly flood in the 80s. The local gov should’ve done something long ago

It wouldn’t have fixed it. But climate change has caused southern Texas to be considerably wetter. This in part with the flood risk of the area led to the flood.
