I agree, we have a long and horrible history of stuff like this. I’m sure the genocide of Native Americans was just as widely championed. I just meant the blatant and unapologetic nature of it in modern society. Posting videos and bragging about killing Yemeni civilians or Venezuelan fishermen feels more like a sign that we are only becoming more flagrant and emboldened, possibly influenced by the example Israel is leading, which we are funding.
