multiple US cities are being occupied by the national guard as you typed this. 1000 people were lost by ICE. a man was hog tied and hung in a detention facility and ICE tried saying it was a suicide so they wouldn't have to do paperwork.

And most of those emergency powers were used by governors and mayors. This is almost entirely by the president and the executive branch, so it’s a different story
