I understand the sentiment but the differences are pretty considerable. On the military front, the US has done pretty well. In Ukraine, the Russians have been absolutely decimated. They’ve taken over a million casualties, lost all their best units and equipment, open rebellion in the ranks, commanders assassinated, severe damage on the homeland, they’ve even had Russian territory briefly seized

The US by comparison has taken a few hundred casualties, most of them not serious. Over 90% of Iran’s strikes have been intercepted, certain bases have been damaged but most are back in working order, and the US has operated practically unchallenged in Iranian airspace, while killing Iran’s political and military command, wiping out their entire navy and air firce, blockading their supply chains, and killing tens of thousands of Iranian troops.
