When I voted for Kamala mostly because she was not Trump, people on here called me insane, said I had “TDS,” etc. Seeing the complete shit storm and constitutional crisis Trump has stirred up in just a few months, I feel entirely justified

And this isn’t to say life would’ve been perfect with Kamala as president, but at least I wouldn’t be constantly hearing about the new fuck shit the president was getting into and things would just kinda go on as normal. Can we just elect someone who’s not a senior citizen and has some qualifications for once

I feel like whenever I say “kamala would’ve been better” people immediately run to the comments to tell me the democrats aren’t any better. ok in general ya they aren’t, but this would NOT be happening under kamala. I understand the whole “don’t want to vote lesser or two evils” BUT THAT IS JUST FUCKING VOTING like bro you’re never going to be fully happy i’d rather dems do NOTHING than what’s happening rn and idk how that is so bad of me????

Exactly like I’ll be the first to say I wasn’t excited at all about Biden and I absolutely wasn’t excited when they just swapped him out for Kamala. But at the end of the day, Trump literally tried to get Congress, Mike Pence, and his supporters to stop the certification of the election and spouted for years that it was stolen. Then ran on a campaign of just tons of insane shit with all of his buddies putting out batshit reports on how they’d expand government power. Kamala wasn’t perfect but

we probably would’ve gotten life as usual for the most part. I feel completely confident in saying that would be way better for just about everyone than what’s going on now.

YUPP!! and we could still demand change and have the possibility to be listened to. now it’s kinda pointless. everyone tells us to organize and protest and shit, but it isn’t working and won’t. all that matters would be midterms, but trump can legit throw an executive order and say “midterms won’t happen” and it’s up to each state to say “wtf” and if the state is a red state……. they won’t…….. it’s too late :)
