I hate generative AI bc i think it only exists for lazy untalented fucks who want to feel like they did something. It also has fostered deep anti intellectualism, a society that does not want to think for itself even more now, and tbh it also just produces bad results bc AI isn’t good at its job of being intelligent

It really depends on how it’s used. Corporations could end up using it as a tool that could eventually eliminate entry level jobs for recent college grads. Instead of paying artists and writers for original works of art, we could end up using AI to churn out soulless garbage that could drown out creative voices. We’re essentially eliminating the need for humanity.
